Availability

We check your address by hand.

Mon–Fri 8am–5:30pm PT

Call and we will check while you wait

Tell us the address and we will tell you which technologies reach it, and what they cost, on the call.

  • An answer on the spot during office hours
  • We will say if only DSL reaches you, and what that means
  • No obligation, and no hard sell
Any time, day or night

Ask Yuni to look it up

Yuni can check for known outages and answer questions about the plans. It cannot look up availability for an address — that goes to the team.

  • Explains the differences between fibre, cable and DSL
  • Checks outages and planned maintenance
  • Takes your address and books a callback

There is no instant address checker here on purpose. We check by hand rather than guessing from a postcode, and we will come back to you within one business day.

Questions

Internet plans, explained

Fibre runs a dedicated glass line to the home with matching upload and download speeds — the fastest and most reliable option. Cable runs over coaxial lines, reaches most streets, and is faster to install. DSL runs over existing phone lines; it reaches homes the other two do not, but tops out lower.

Cable is asymmetric by design — a 500 plan is 500 down and 200 up. If you upload large files, back up to the cloud or are on video calls all day, the 100 Symmetrical tier or fibre will serve you better.

Fibre plans carry a one-time $150 technician fee, and cable and DSL plans a one-time $59.95 technician fee. When we check your address, we will confirm any one-time charges before you order.

No. Every plan has unlimited data with no overage billing, and nothing to sign — change your speed or cancel with notice, with no exit fee.

We check by hand. Call during office hours for an answer on the spot, or leave your address and we will come back to you within one business day. We would rather tell you the truth about your street than guess from a postcode.

It still works, and we still sell it. Telus is decommissioning DSL and has not announced a date, so we will be straight with you about that — and if cable or fibre reaches you later, we will move you across at no charge.
