Uniserve reports quarter end results August 31, 2019

Vancouver, BC: October 30, 2019 – Uniserve Communications Corporation (“Uniserve”) a provider of IT solutions and services to business and residential customers in Canada wishes to announce its first quarter fiscal 2020 financial results. Revenues for Q1 FY2020 were $2,587K as compared to $2,917K in the prior fiscal year. The first quarter fiscal 2020 Operating loss was $468K compared to an operating loss of $1,104K for the prior fiscal year. Net loss for the first quarter of fiscal 2020 was $395K as compared to $1,239K for the prior fiscal year. The Company’s focus in the fiscal year 2020 will be to focus the sales team to grow managed services and voice recurring revenue streams. As well, Uniserve continues to focus on lean operations to maximize profitability and increase speed of delivery and invoicing. During FY2020 the company will launch new products and focus on generating recurring revenue.
