Uniserve reports results for quarter ended August 31, 2022
Vancouver, BC: October 28, 2022 – Uniserve Communications Corporation (the “Company” or “Uniserve”)(TSXV: USS) a provider of IT solutions and services to business and residential customers in Canada wishes to announce its first quarter fiscal 2023 financial results. Revenues for Q1 fiscal 2023 were $1,734K as compared to $1,801K for Q1 of the prior fiscal year. Net loss for the first quarter of fiscal 2023 was $25K as compared to Net Income of $129K for Q1 of the prior fiscal year. The Company will continue to focus on its operating results in fiscal 2023 by continuing to focus on implementing operational efficiencies, growing recurring revenues and enhancing value added for its customers.
